This is a great piece in the same cinematic, classical-influenced spirit as Gordon Goodwin's ‘Hunting Wabbits’. The entire tune is spun out of the first three notes played by the pianist's right hand. The substantial parts in every section will keep everyone on their toes. Solos for soprano sax (lead) and trumpet/flugelhorn. As recorded by Rick Hirsch's Big Ol' Band on their 2017 album Pocono Git-Down.
